As we get older our arteries become stiffer. In some people this leads to Hypertension in other people plaque forms in the arteries. Sometimes people get both conditions.

Cholesterol in the body is bound to Lipoproteins.  There are 2 types of lipoproteins in the body.  High-density lipoproteins ( HDL ) and low-density lipoproteins ( LDL ).  The
HDL is good for the body and the LDL is bad for the body.

VITAMINS

Multi-Vitamins with Minerals
1 tablet once a day.
Vitamin E  1000 IU 
1 capsule twice a day.
Vitamin C  1000 mg 
1-2 tablets twice a day.
Selenium  200mcg
1 tablet once a day

THE FOLLOWING LOWERS CHOLESTEROL and increases HDL and decreases LDL

3 capsules 3 times a day
